These are Emissions system compliant and are smog legal for California vehicles under CARB EO #D-57-25 for the applicationlisted. These headers are the best quality on the market and are made heavy duty 16 gauge steel 1 3/4\"with thick 3/8\" flanges. These headers include the Gaskets, Header Bolts and Washers. You need to purchase the matching mid pipes, part # 1860SY (for trucks with Allison trans) or 1860SY-1 (for trucks with GM 4L80-E trans) to make these a bolt in. Otherwise you would need to have a muffler shop fabricate a Mid Pipe hook up.
