All of our parts are sold with a 30 day, Money Back Guarantee, which begins on the date the item is received. We do not offer labor coverage. Engines and transmissions must be installed by an ASE certified, licensed shop and according to OEM guidelines and the latest service bulletin guidelines or the guarantee will be voided. Documentation required.
Returns:
In the event a part fails to operate within the warranty periord we will replace the part with an equivalent part or refund the part purchase price.
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to South WindsorAuto Parts, 347 (Rear), Scantic Road, South Windsor, CT 06074 along with the RMA number.
Shipping:
Shipping will be by Fedex ground, UPS ground or United States Postal Service ground. We do not offer expedited shipping service (1-day air, 2-days, etc...). Please provide a valid street address for shipping. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Flat rate shipping only applies within the 48 Continental United States. Normally, we ship out orders withing 24hrs of the payment clearing, provided this is on a weekday. Connecticut residents will have CT sales tax added to their orders. All items picked up within Connecticut will have Connecticut sales tax added them, unless purchaser provides a copy of their automotive business license and a copy of their state resale tax certificate. Shipments will be made to the address listed on E-Bay or Pay Pal only. To better insure that you order reaches you in a timely manner, please be include your phone number when placing an order. We ship to either a commercial address that is capable of unloading a frieght truck or to a local shipping terminal where the item may be picked up by the purchaser. Terminal locations are determined at the time of shipment. The terminal we ship to may not be the closest terminal to the location of the purchaser.
Items freight shipped to a location other than a local shipping terminal will have a liftgate fee included within the service. Items freight shipped to a residential address will be \"left at the curb\".

Items may be returned within 30 days of their being received. The buyer would be responsible for return shipping charges. The item must be packaged and shipped correctly. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold. We will not issue refunds for items broken during the return shipping process. Please package return items correctly.
