All products must be returned in its original box and/or packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If an exchange for a product is requested, the product(s) must still be in its original and unused condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Errors made on behalf of Wheel Counter will qualify for a free return/exchange depending on customer\'s choice. No restocking fee will be charged.
Before returning or exchanging a product(s), please contact us to issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending the product(s) back to us. Any returns or exchanges sent back without an RMA are subject to additional fees and deductions.
Return labels can be issued to the customer but will result in a deduction from the refund/exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued via original payment method. If payments were made via wire transfer, a check will be mailed.
International Returns & ExchangesRefunds on international orders will not include original shipping cost, duties, taxes and tariffs that were incurred during shipment. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all international orders.
