Check your application to be sure.Item is listed as new other because they have never been installed. They have been stored and moved about so some of the original paint rubbed off in places. I have sprayed them with flat black to prevent rust. There are runs in the paint because I am not an expert painter. I do not know who manufactured these headers as there are no part numbers or names on them. Most of the items that I sell are used unless otherwise stated. I try to describe my items as accurately as possible. You may be more knowledgable about certain items than I am so I encourage you to ask questions and request pictures so that I can better serve you. I may find some things to be acceptable that you do not. I will always be happy to reinspect my items for any problem that may be of concern to you. SHIPPING INFORMATION I use the ebay shipping calculator for shipment pricing. I do not pad my shipping costs for profit and I do not have any control over what the shipping companies charge.
