This is a used Alfa Romeo GTV6 scudetto, or chrome heart shaped grill. Ricambi Originale number 116.46.89.114.00 marked on it, this is I believe for the 1980, 1981, 1982 and 1983 GTV6 but please check the photos and part number for the exact application. Got some grime on it, the center mounting hole has some cracking, all plastic clips are in place,
