SHIPPING
Small Items are sent Hermes tracked
All items sent by Hermes that are paid for before 12.00 pm will dispatched on the same day. All items paid for after 12.00 pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Medium Items are sent via UPS tracked
All items sent by UPS that are paid for before 2.00 pm will dispatched on the same day. All items paid for after 2.00 pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Large Items are sent via TNT tracked
All items sent by TNT that are paid for before 1.30 pm will dispatched on the same day. All items paid for after 1.30 pm will be dispatched the next working day. If you receive an item from TNT Please check before signing or sign damaged as unfortunately otherwise any claims are void (sorry TNT\'s rules not ours).
Extra Shipping Costs will apply for orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern & Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands Isle of Scilly, and anywhere outside mainland UK.

Worldwide shipping
It is a pleasure to ship worldwide but please check price first,The buyer is responsible for any customs duty, unfortunatly we will not ship to Russia as the customs make it too complicated unless you have a business address.
Collection in Person
You are welcome to collect your item but please only by appointment and during business hours tel to arrange.
RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns. If you press \'Buy It Now\' and then change your mind or you no longer require the item, please contact us and we will cancel the transaction for you. You must inform us in order for us to do this as a non-payment dispute will be opened automatically by eBay once a certain time frame has passed. All messages should be sent via the eBay messaging system.
