This section is for new returns only. A new return is considered a brand new item that you ended up not needing or perhaps you purchased incorrectly for your specific vehicle. Any warranty, defect, or damaged shipment information is below. All returns must be shipped back to our Florida warehouse within 60 days of purchase and must be in their original factory packaging. All shipping costs are the buyers\' responsibility. 12 months or 12,000 miles part exchange only. Labor and/or any shipping costs are not covered. Original purchaser only. Original proof of purchase is required for all claims. Commercial, limousine, heavy-duty, custom, or off-road vehicle use voids the warranty. Air conditioning components must be installed by professional ASE certified technicians following all required procedures for success including system flushing. Catalytic converters cannot fail on their own and the original cause of failure must be repaired to prevent repeated converter failure. Damaged, stripped, or broken items during installation cannot be warrantied. Shipping Damage
Shipping damage is any item/package suspected of being broken or damaged in anyway during the shipping process. We purchase full insurance for this, however the damage must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the package. Please immediately use the eBay messages to report damage as soon as possible. After 3 days it is more difficult and more time consuming to get you a replacement
