Our team has over 22 year’s average experience in building and remanufacturing both starter and alternator assemblies. With this strong background of experience, our team knows where the critical components and potential failure issues are, and use this knowledge to prevent future similar failures.
Our assembly lines utilize computerized test stands that test- the identical testing parameters as the test stands in the original manufacturers (OE). All assemblies are tested through the complete range of operation, (simulation of vehicle operation) and output curves are then compared by computer to original specifications to insure they match. Only then, after passing this comprehensive testing procedure, are our assemblies released for shipment.
