If it is listed as \"free\" shipping, free shipping only applies to items that you keep. Obviously I did not ship it to you for free. I had to pay Fedex, USPS, or another shipper to send it to you. So on the rare occasion that a return is accepted, whatever the actual shipping costs were will not be refunded.
If something is damaged in shipping, I will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Your refund will come once Fedex or USPS settles the claim. Claims typically take 7-10 business days to process. Weekends and holidays are NOT business days. It is in your best interests to do it this way. If you file a case with Ebay & then escalate it to a claim, you will have to pay to ship it back to me. If you let Fedex/USPS take care of the claim, it will cost you nothing.

That will almost always be more expensive. Some large items cannot ship to areas other than the continental USA. Please ask if you are not sure if a part is too large.
SHIPPING TO A PO BOX
If you want this shipped to a PO box, please ask about that BEFORE you pay. Unless itis fairly small and light, that is usually going to cost extra. Generally if it\'s 4 pounds or less after packaging, shipping to a PO box does not cost extra. Otherwise if you don\'t want to pay extra, list your physical address as your \"ship to\" address when you make your payment instead of your po box. Because standard shipping for larger and heavier packages is Fedex Ground.
