Steering wheel is in good overall condition, with the only thing keeping it from great condition is the lower trim piece was repainted in some sort of metallic black and is starting to peel, albeit only in a single small area (pictured). Steering wheel is very clean otherwise, with not a whole lot of wear and tear present.
