We ship via USPS(post office) Ground for small items that fit into a paddedenvelope. For larger items, they are shipped FedEx or UPS to theContinental US only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APOs. Items ship outwithin 1-2 business days. All shipments shipping out of the country ship onThursdays, once a week. Orders may take longer due to customs, so plan on extratime for delivery. We do not do rush shipments or overnight express.
3- Returns:
We acceptreturns within 14 days after the buyer receives the merchandise. The returnedmerchandise should look like new, with the original packaging. We cannot returnan item that has been used or damaged. Only the merchandise amount will berefunded, buyer will pay for any return shipping charges. Include inthe return, the eBay item #, your screen name, your real name, your shippingaddress and any other information so we can process the return quickly
4- Exchanges:
All exchangesmust be notified and authorized by the sales representative within 14 days ofdelivery.
