You are looking at the steering wheel from a 65 ChevyBiscayne. Correct for 64 to 65 Belair or Biscayne. Factory color is blue /green. There are many cracks (all pictured). The horn crown is nice but haslight pitting. The horn cap is very nice. All horn guts included. Over all on ascale of 1 to 10, the appearance of the wheel is a 5, the horn lens, cap and crownan 8. Driver quality or good wheel to restore.
