New6 Tube Heavy Duty EGR Cooler for the2006-2009​Ford & Navistar 4.5l VT275 Diesel 6 cylinder engine.
This EGR Cooler bolts in place of the OEM Cooler and allows the exhaust gas to cool without causing coolant leakage into intake manifold of the engine.
These EGR coolers are some of the toughest on the market! The tubes have fully welded seams, not press fit or spot welded like other \"upgraded\" versions on the market!
Full stainless steel construction.
Each EGR Cooler is Pressure Tested to 72 psi.
Fits: 2006-2009 4.5L Navistar/Powerstrokeengines.
Please be sure your EGR cooler looks similar to the pictured cooler as a couple different style coolers were used.
