Crown Suspensions 3\" Lowering Springs Our springs are wound from the highest quality spring material available. Hot wound springs are quenched and tempered. Both hot and cold wound springs are stress relieved in a continuous oven, shot peened to increase fatigue life, and set removed to guaranty the springs do not sag over time. We have state of the art load testing capabilities to ensure that the coil springs conform to the required load and rate specifications. All our coils are powder coated a gunmetal grey. Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. The coating is applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a \"skin\". The powder coat creates a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint so that it does not wear rust or chip like conventional paint. - Returns will ONLY be accepted if the item is unused, uninstalled,in the original packaging and in new condition. Any items that are defective in any way or incorrect parts may also be returned. We are not responsible for installmistakes. Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
- All returns must be approved and issued a (Return Authorization) RA # for return. The RA # must be on the outside of each package with the RA # in a visible area. Any package without the RA # will be refused.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items and to insure the package.
- Any damge during return shipping is buyers liability, so please package well.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If any item is returned by choice that originally included free shipping (not a defective or performance claim), there will be a restocking fee deducted from the refund.
- Once items have been received & inspected per our guidelines, a credit or refund will be issued to the customer.
- Any cancellation must be approved prior to shipping. Any item that has already shipped must be returned according to the guidelines stated above.
