This is a used excellent condition 2011 - 2013 Toyota Corolla Black Trim genuine OEM factory installed left drivers side black housing chrome trim headlamp assembly P/N 81150-02B60. The lamp was removed from a 2012 Toyota Corolla S model with severe rear body damage. The lights are in absolutely perfect condition without a single broken mounting tab nor any defects on the housing. The lamps was tested prior to removal to ensure bulbs were working at time of removal. The lamp may or may not come with bulbs.
