Q. Are you an Authorized dealer and a professional company?
A. Yes. We are an Authorized dealer for all the wheels we sale and you can verify with the manufacture. We are a professional company and you can look up KIXX Motorsports up to verify.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Yes, we do accept returns. IMPORTANT: Test Fit wheels without tires. If tires have been mounted NO RETURNS for any reason. Custom Machined/Tailored orders do have some stipulations (SEE RETURNS) for complete details.
Q. Where do you ship from and are all items New?
A. Yes, All items are NEW unless clearly stated in listing. All BRAND NEW items are shipped straight from the manufacture and depending on which U.S. State the manufacture is based in is where your order will be shipped from. EBay only allows for one shipping location so we list our business location on all listings.
Q. Are all items in stock?
A. It is always best to give us a ring to confirm availability before purchase. As of now there is no Software program that allows any dealer to connect to the manufactures live inventory. We do give special deals for the inconvenience of having to wait on any delayed order on the next shipment to be delivered to the manufacture if you place an order.
Q. What do I do if the wheel shop has a problem mounting my new wheels?
A. Just contact us during business hours, days and we\'d be happy to help. I\'d say that 98% of any issues that a wheel mechanic is having or says they will not fit are inexperienced and we deal with this all the time so we would be happy to asses the issue for any fitment confirmation even if we need to talk with the wheel mechanic. Please send pictures showing issue would be a great help in confirmation. And of course if it was a mistake on our part we will correct/exchange/fix the issue FREE of charge. Of course this is as long as your wheel mechanic has followed new wheel test fit procedures (See Returns). We can not be liable for bad mechanics mistakes.
