Does Online Tire Deals ship for free?
Typically not. Free is not free. The sellers that are shipping for free have built the shipping cost into the price of the listing. We are located in GA, shipping costs on a set of tires vary greatly from next state over in South Carolina to across country in California. To be fair to all prospective customers, we list an auction/listing for for the price we are asking, then add actual shipping costs to your location. It is not our goal to make nor lose money on shipping. After all, we\'re in the tire business, not the shipping business.
When will tires ship?
Online Tire Deals will ship on the same day if payment clears by 12 Noon eastern time, otherwise on the next business day. We only ship to confirmed addresses. Tracking numbers will be sent to the e-mail address on the Paypal account that the payment was made from. Tracking numbers will also be uploaded to eBay the evening that your tires ship out.
Can I pick my tires up?
Tires can be picked up free of charge at our location in Cornelia, GA 30531. In most cases we can also mount, balance and dispose of your tires for a reasonable fee.
Payment arrangements must be made within 24 hours of auction end. If you can\'t complete the transactions for a day or two, that is fine, but please let us know and keep us in the loop. We will be glad to work with you payment time if you just let us know your intentions.
Shipments inside of Georgia will be charged 7% sales tax on their purchase price. Returns **** Before ordering, please ensure that you are buying the tire that is correct for your application. This includes size, speed rating T, H, V, W, etc.. and load index (105V, 101T, 109H etc). We will not be responsible for mis-ordered items. If you are unsure of your application please e-mail me the year, make, model and submodel (LT, SE, etc) and I will make sure we get you the proper application.*****
I do accept returns on NEW, unmounted tires within 14 days of customer receipt. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returns and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Furthermore, the customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Online Tire Deals.
