This is a Repair Service Only for your current 1997 Defender 90 speedometer having a failing or failed LCD display that shows the current odometer reading and trip meter.
If you are having an odometer display that doesn\'t work or fades when it gets warm then this service is for you.
This service includes replacing any illumination bulbs that may have gone bad, clean or replace scratched up black bezel ring, clean or replace broken or scratched up glass and replacing the bad LCD display and ribbon assembly with the current updated VDO LCD screen.
Original odometer reading will be kept the same and is stored in its eeprom chip that would not be tampered with so is your original housing
When you purchase this service we will send you a message with the instructions on where to send your speedometer and what to include with the speedometer.
