This OEM passenger\'s side headlight assembly came from a 1997 Lexus LX450. All of the mounting tabs are fully intact. The upper and lower trim pieces and side corner lamp are included and in great condition too with minor wear from age. The lens is clean and clear with no yellowing, haze, chips or cracks. All bulbs, covers and wiring are also included. Please refer to the closeup photos to verify condition and match to your application.
