Up for sale is an air bag control solenoid from a 1998 Lincoln MarkVIII which had approximately 94,000 miles. This will fit both front and rear air bags, and fits all MarkVIII\'s from 1993 through 1998, including LSC models. This solenoid controls the inflation and deflation of the air bags based on inputs from the height sensors and air suspension module.
This is in excellent condition, the air bag was still holding air before being deflated and removed.
The wiring pigtail (shown) as well as the solenoid retaining clip (not pictured) are also included.
The Ford part number of this is #F6LZ5311A, which replaces #F3LY5311A. These sell new from Ford for over $164.00; much less here for a quality used one!
