You are buying all 4 hubcaps pictured which fit 14\" black steel wheels andwere used on 1975-1983 Ford and Mercury models. All 4 caps areare used, and all 4 have dents, scratches and dings on the edge as pictured and 2 caps have worn black paint under the spokes. these are normal \"bang on\" hubcaps, that means no locks, no key, no hassles.All 4 caps will fit fine and are as pictured. This is a rare set of hubcaps indeed and I bought them from a dealer who went out of business. I would consider these to be in beater condition as they have the blemishes described above.
