Here\'s a set of used 6-2 headers for any square port head Datsun 240z 260z. The primaries are 1 5/8\" OD and outlets are 2.25\" OD.
It was on my 240z for over 20 years and sounds mean. I took it off, had it sandblasted, repainted it with header paint, and put it on an L29. The only reason I\'m replacing is because I found two N.O.S. Clifford Research sets.
The sandblasting left a 1/8\" hole in one of the tubes that I repaired with quik steel as seen in the last photo. It would be quick and easy to weld it up. I sanded it and repainted it with exhaust paint to clean it up. It will still need to be cured on your car (check out rustoleum\'s website) You\'ll need to scrape off the old gasket as well to get a smooth surface.
