For sale is a set of (4) NOS 480302 center cap medallions for 1970-72 Pontiac models with Rally II wheels. I purchased a few sets of these back in the 90's and this is the way GM packaged some. I opened one of the packages back then and the other 3 were still sealed as you can tell. I opened the others to take pictures and check condition. There is one with a tiny dark spot which is very hard to see. I assume it is from the paint spot on the back side since it is in the same spot. I would say impossible to see when installed but it's there. The one that was open has a scratch on it which I also pictured. Again hard to see when installed but it's there.
