This is a vintage replacement1969-79 Pontiac GTO, Firebird, Grand Prix, Lemans, Tempest, Bonneville, Catalina aluminum timing chain cover. Part number 482883. It is in excellent condition The surfaces, contours, and hose connections are smooth and straight. There is some minor pitting on the hose connections. But nothing that will interferewith the use of the cover. It was cleaned and media blasted to bare aluminum and then refinished. The holes and attachments threads are intact and the gasket surfaces are straight.These were made to use with the 11 bolt water pumps on the 1969-79 Pontiac engines. Since it is a Pontiac original the cover has the correct marking, shape, and size. Unlike the $239 Chinese reproductions.
