Up for your auction bids is this good original used pair of 1968-69 Plymouth GTX or Sport Satellite interior door panel medallions (emblems). These were originally off of a 1969 Plymouth GTX. The panels these came off of were warped and somewhat water rotted at the bottom, so these still good original medallions were rescued from them. They were carefully taken off, being sure not to warp or crack them, or damage the attaching studs and the swedged-over top of them even.Featured door panel medallions measure approx. 5.5 inches long, and approx. 3/4-inch tall at is highest point in the middle. The cast-in part # on the back is: 2878838 (see close up picture). These both have a good sheen to them still, but they both do have some pitting on them, especially in the center part. One has just a little pitting, and the the other has some more on it. The red, white, and blue painted recessed areas have some wear / chipping in the paint. I would recommend repainting these to look a lot nicer. The back side attaching studs are all there and in good shape still. They still even have the swedged-over head on them. You\'ll have to figure the best way to attach them to your door panels, but you should be able to work with what is there any way. Don\'t miss these very hard to find original used medallions if your car is missing them, or yours are damaged, worn or badly weathered. These do NOT come with reproduction door panels, so you do have to put some used ones on. Save money over the $215.99 that Year One charges for reproductions of these.
