PoliciesReturns: Stay Cool supports all manufactures warranties and returns/ exchange policies. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), You must contact the seller to obtain one. This RMA # must then be clearly visible on any return packages or the item will be refused and returned to the shipper. All items returned must be in new condition and all parts must be included. All items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping: All shipping methods are at the discretion of the seller. Any free shipping offered is to the lower 48 states only and only when stated in the ad.
