It is in not tested condition and comes complete with all gauges and dials. The gauge cluster is made in the United States. If you\'re looking for an original part to complete your restoration project, this is the perfect item for you. The plastic front shows wear, I gave it a quick cleanup but I\'m not sure if it will bet much better. Of couse you could paint it. Clear over gauges looks good. It\'s a big set of gauges. Sold as is.
