\"STANDARDS\" are kept behind double sealed doors in a controlled environment with no exposure to light.Color Chips are ink printed on card stock, and are used in paint stores as a Representation of a formula that has been created to meet a \"STANDARD\".Whether you areusing a Representation, a \"STANDARD\", or a formula, Time and Exposure to light will alter the color. Our products have been Professionally scanned from original Representations. Not a home computer scanner! Some of the originals are over 70 years old! They are then reproduced on a heavy 70 pound basis weight printer\'s stock paper that has a 96 white brightness and a full gloss surface. Our printer uses full 256 million color resolution through eight toner cartridges. The sheet is then heat sealed in a 3 mil plastic lamination process.Although great effort goes into giving you the very best product available, these color chips are still not \"STANDARDS\". Just like the original, they are only a Representation. And their Representation is only as good as the original available to us. Please buy with an open mind.
