+Enginetech high performance valves are swirl polished and made out of the finest grade materials. Enginetech knows that remanufactured engines are installed in very harsh environments. Thereforethey have upgraded the materials of thereRebuilder’s Valves for severe duty.

Stem Finish

+These valves have a stem finish of 17 RMS or better, far superior to the more typical 22-28 RMS finish found on most aftermarket valves. The result of this is a longer life for seals and guides and greater valve durability.

+All ofthe valve stems are either triple chrome plated or gas nitrided.They even go a step further and harden every valve tip to 50HRc minimum.

Chrome Plating

+All Enginetech valves have a triple flash hard chrome plating that is .0002\" per side, with the specific finish for better oil retention, improved resistence to galling, and greater durability.
