Our Warranty

Wheelplus USA warrants that wheels/tires are brand new and have NEVER been used. Only Chrome-plated wheels carry a one year structural warranty and a one year warranty on the finish.

• No warranty is provided on painted wheels.
• Polished and billet aluminum wheels oxidize and require regular maintenance, therefore, their finish is not covered by any warranty.
• Tires carry full manufactures warranty.
• Other than applicable manufactures warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warranty any damages or structural failure due to misuse, improper handling, poor roadconditions, abuse, dropped, broken, chipped, bent, punctured or physically damaged items.

Canadian & International Shipping

Our company also ships worldwide via UPS or FedEx courier services only. You can call us direct at 213-6229600 for shipping rates to the country of destination. Wheelplus USA is not responsible for any duties/taxes that will be charged by your local Bureau of Customs. We are not aware of how much your local bureau will be charging you for the duties/taxes. Kindly get in-touch with them for estimates.

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after checkout is completed AND payment is cleared in our account. Necessary tracking information will be emailed directly to the email address associated with your account. All Paypal payments must be shipped to the CONFIRMED Paypal shipping address provided with your payment. For Credit/Debit Card payments, we will only ship to the billing address associated with your Credit/Debit Card billing statements. Please be informed that our insurance company will not protect us from any loss or damages incurred while in transit if the package is not shipped to a confirmed/verifiable physical addresses. By law we are required to collect sales tax for items shipped to addresses in California. CA Sales Tax is 9.75% of total sale excluding shipping/handling charges.

Payment is required within seven (7) days from winning the sale to finalize the transaction. Return Policy

All wheels and tires sold by Wheel Plus Inc. are guaranteed to be brand new and never been used. All returns or exchange will be accepted if the following conditions are satisfied:

• CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN IN NEW RE-SALABLE CONDITION.
• A return authorization no. (RA#) is required prior to sending the item back.
• Item must be returned in it's original packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for any cost including insurance that is associated with return shipping.
• Shipping/Handling is not refundable.
• A 25% minimum restocking fee of the purchase amount will be charged.
• All returns/exchange must be within 3 days from item receipt.
• IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, DO NOT MOUNT THE WHEELS!
