I am selling a used 2006-2010 Lexus IS250 and IS350 xenon headlight for the right/passenger side. The lens has some pitting from normal wear. There is a spot on the plastic below the projector that is burnt/melted which is a common problem on these headlights. The side grill tab has been replaced with a new tab (see pic 5) and the side fender tab is repaired (see pic 6). The xenon ballast and xenon bulb are included, but the rest of the bulbs and covers are not included. Please inspect all pictures carefully and make sure this is the exact item you need before you buy.
