Warranty on engines and transmissions. We give a 90 day warranty from the time you recieve it, not from the time you install it. Engine or transmission must be installed by a certified mechanics shop or a dealer that is qualified for engine/transmission installs. Warranty is void if written proof of install is not done in this manner. Special heat tabs are installed in the event engine is over heated. A written follow up on ebay must be done within the warranty period if there is a problem with the engine or transmission. If engine or transmission is not needed buyer pays any and all return costs. Most engines do not come with intake or exhaust manifolds, turbos, superchargers. if you have questions please feel free to contact us first
Modified or non factory vehicles will void your warrany. Chips turbos or other non factory ad ons will void you warranty. Engine or transmission must go into a factory OEM vehicle.
No labor warranty is provided.
- All mechanical parts we are guaranteed for at least 30 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.In the event a part purchased from Hamberd inc proves to be defective or fails within the warranty period, notify Hamberd inc promptly. At our option, we will exchange the item within a reasonable period of time, or provide a refund of the purchase price of the item.
- Hamberd inc offers no warranty on parts improperly installed or abused by either installers or operators.
- Hamberd inc will accept no liability or responsibility for shipping, labor costs, towing or storage charges, or any other costs incurred due to the use of parts sold by us.
- All parts returned for warranty replacement or refund must be accompanied by the original invoice.
