Auto parts are guaranteed to arriveto the Buyer in the condition as stated at time of purchase. The standardlimited warranty expires30 daysfrom time ofpurchase. All applicable parts are guaranteed to function properly consistentwith age, mileage, and intended design, unless otherwise noted in the itemdescription. Highline Auto Parts will replace the part or refund the purchase price,at Highline Auto Parts’ sole discretion. We reserve the right to replace failedparts with equal to or greater than original mileage parts. Highline Auto Partsdoes not warrant against oil consumption, oil leaks, normal wear and tear,emission levels, seals, gas leaks, oil pumps, water pumps, belts, hoses, bolts,tightness of bolts, and any accessories that are sold with engines. HighlineAuto Parts does not warrant against loss caused from installation, removal, orrepair in connection with the sale of used auto parts. Buyer understands thatguarantees and warranties are void if motor or part is overheated, damaged,disassembled, etc. Warranties do not apply to parts sold for the purpose ofrebuilding. Accessory parts included with engine blocks, transmissions, axle orcarrier assemblies are not covered under any warranty. This warranty does notcover merchandise failure or damage caused by improper installation, usage fromwhich the part was not intended or improper maintenance of the product

Products and parts that are notprovided with a warranty are: cut off body parts, emissions equipment, brakeparts, tires, and safety equipment including air bags and seat belts that aresold \"as is\".

**INSTALLATIONREQUIREMENT

For mechanical parts: the installer mustbe a certified mechanic and follow the correct installation procedures asstated by the manufacturer’s guidelines. Buyer agrees to ensure installer mustreplace all seals, gaskets, fluids, belts, etc. with installation and that theinstaller of the purchased part is equipped with the necessary means to installthe part properly. Buyer understands that failure to follow installationprocedures set forth by the manufacturer will result in their warranty beingvoided. **Engines, transmissions, carrier assemblies, axle assemblies,radiators, and power steering pumps are drained of all fluids in accordancewith local, state, and federal laws. Do not attempt to operate before replacingfluids and filters.

ALL AIR BAGS AND SEAT BELTS ARE SOLD\"ASIS\".Recycled air bags and seatbelts are not tested by Highline Auto Parts to meet any safety standards. Aqualified installer must install air bags & seat belts in accordance withthe manufacturer’s specifications. Air bags and seat belts that are notinstalled correctly could subject installers or passengers of a vehicle to riskof serious injury, including death. The Buyer of any air bag or seat belt musthave a certified garage or mechanic inspect and install the recycled air bag orseat belt.

USED TIRES ARE SOLD\"ASIS”: With the purchase of used tiresthe Buyer acknowledges that the tires are being sold \"AS IS\" and intheir present condition as stated at time of purchase. The Buyer furtheracknowledges that any defects or deficiencies in a used tire may not be apparent.The Buyer agrees to have the used tires further inspected and installed by aprofessional tire installer. Highline Auto Parts makes no representationswhatsoever regarding the used tire(s) being purchased and/or their suitabilityor fitment for a particular purpose.

RETURN POLICY

If you would like to make a return,message us using eBay messages.Refunds may be delayed or denied if areturn authorization is not obtained before sending your part back. Products orgoods must be returned and exchanged with an appropriate invoice or proof ofpurchase. Damage claims will be denied if damage was stated in originaldescription at time of purchase. NO returns on special orders, overheated,altered, or disassembled part(s).For merchandise purchased online or byphone; it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item back to us in thesame condition it was received. Merchandise returned not in its originalcondition will result in claim being denied. Buyer agrees to cover all returnshipping costs. Please allow 7-14 days to process returns for refunds.
