This came off one of our parts cars. This will fit gm vehicles with a 5x4-3/4 bolt pattern but these are uni-lugs so they will fit other sizes as well. This is for a pair of 15 x 7.5 aluminum turbine wheels, these are made by FDI inc. The part number is 3329468. These are used but they are solid, no major damage, just normal wear and tear.
