The 2015 Porsche 911 Turbo S has been described as an earthbound jet. With 540hp on tap and the capacity to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than 3-seconds, the Turbo S is quite impressive in factory trim. Add a 150hp nitrous kit with a water/methanol injection system and you have a beast of a street sleeper capable of consistent 9-second (1/4-mile) passes.

The mid-mounted, 3.8-liter twin turbocharged engine is controlled using a Cobb ECU with a custom fabricated air intake system and a high pressure fuel pump. This video shows the first stock Porsche 911 Turbo (with nitrous) to post a sub-1-second 1/4-mile pass (complete with a time-slip).
