Titan has modified this Supra with a 3.2-liter stroker motor and a bottom-mount turbocharger with a CSF intake manifold. Honestly, almost every component on this car – from the transmission to the brakes to the fasteners to the air intake system has been enhanced in some way. Oh, and don’t forget the direct injection nitrous system. Maximum output is estimated to be 1,050whp and the car has been running consistent low 9-second elapsed times. It’s a fairly new build and Adil hopes to dip into the eights during this weekend event.
Adil rolls out in early testing and posts a 9.32 @ 144.7 mph before throwing up a pair of perfect 9.07 @ 150.2 mph passes during Day 2 Qualifying. That’s good enough to make the Titan team the number one qualifier.
It’s Day 3 and time for some official rounds. Adil posts a 9.39 @ 149.00 during his first (solo) pass.
In Round 2 Adil’s opponent gets a redlight DQ. Adil goes on to post a 9.25 @ 150.53.
In Round 3 the Titan Supra will face the Adonis Supra that has run an 8.8 in a previous event. Adil gets a slow start out of the hole but comes back for the win with an 8.94 @ 144.38 mph. That’s the car’s first 8-second pass.
Darkness falls and the Final Round awaits. Can the Titan Supra overcome his final opponent and claim the prize?
