The backdrop is a sunny RAF airstrip somewhere in the United Kingdom. The course is a half-mile long. Each grouping will make three passes with the overall winner (of each grouping) moving on to the next round. Pretty complicated but we do have all day to get it done.
The car that everybody is looking to knock off its pedestal is the Porsche 918 Spyder. It has a reputation for extreme torque because of its hybrid propulsion system and all-wheel drivetrain. There is also a Porsche GT3 RS that is very pretty to look at. The rarest of the cars in today’s contest is the Aston Martin GT12. There is also a pair of Lamborghinis, a Ferrari, a couple of McLarens, and a Mercedes-Benz – I told you it was an impressive list. Check out the heads-up racing action.
