Warranty Policy:
Warranty policies are stated within the item description. It varies

We are not responsible for any labor involved.
In the case of a defective item, we guarantee exchanges. No returns
and no refunds. We are not responsible for the labor that's involved.
In order to have a valid defective claim, the item must be intact
and untampered with. If anyone has tampered with the unit in any way,
the claim will not be accepted. Claims for defective items need to
be submitted by email to us within 5 working days from when you received
your product. Before sending you a replacement, we will have the defective
item picked up. We will issue a Call Tag with the UPS (at no cost
to the buyer, billed to us) and have it picked up. UPS will make 3
pickup attempts. The buyer must be available to hand the item back
to UPS when they attempt pickup. Otherwise, it is your responsibility
to ship it back. Once the item arrives back to us, we will ship you
a replacement. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available,
a full refund (including shipping) will be issued.
Other policies:
California state buyers must pay 8.25% state sales tax in addition
to purchase price. Sales tax is calculated only on the extended price
(unit price x quantity) total, excluding shipping and other charges.
If the buyer fails to do this, a notice will be sent to them. If they
refuse to do so, the payment will be refunded and we will place a
Non Paying buyer notice.
If you have any problems with your transaction, contact us prior
to leaving any neutral or negative response so that we can have the
chance resolve any problems.

Shipping
Information and Policies
• The flat rate shipping fee supplied only applies to the 48
states. Shipping prices to Hawaii and Alaska vary, and should be discussed
through emails BEFORE purchasing or offerding on the item.
• We only ship to Paypal "Confirmed" shipping
addresses.
• We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, please make sure you
do not supply a P.O. Box shipping address in your Paypal payment.
• UPS Ground is used for all of our shipments. It usually takes
5-7 business days, however this may vary. The tracking information
is provided on the day of shipment. We are not responsible for whatever
happens to the item once it has been shipped. All items are insured.
Incase the item gets lost, or damaged by the shipping carrier, the
buyer must contact us. The buyer must then wait until we file an insurance
claim with the UPS. Once we receive the claim check from UPS, we will
then issue the buyer a FULL refund.
International shipments:
• We also ship worldwide, however payment methods are limited
for International buyers. They must have a "Confirmed" shipping
address in Paypal, if they cannot obtain this, the only other payment
method is through. Most International
items are shipped with the USPS. All of our shipments are 100% insured.
Once the item has been shipped and you have been provided with proof
of shipment's date, we are absolutely not responsble for losses, damages,
or delays. However, in the case of a lost, damaged, or delayed shipment,
a claim cannot be placed until 30 days pass from the shipment date.
That is the USPS policy on insurance claims. USPS shipments are NOT
trackable. The only proof we can provide you is date of shipment through
email. The only trackable shipping method through USPS is Express
Mail, which is highly expensive. Please email us with any questions
and do not place a offer if you are outside the United States.
