Worn out tension rod bushings typically cause sloppy steering and vibration under braking. Any replacement bushing will fix these issues; however, only upgrading even further beyond stock bushings will eliminate undesired suspension geometry changes brought on by cornering forces. Removing these geometry changes is a must for any performance/race setup. These high performance kits, made of high quality ABS and machined aluminum, replace the two forward tension rod bushings with a ball & socket design to do just that (additional bushings required for installation; see note below). Check alignment after installation.

Since this kit only replaces the forward tension rod bushings, you will need to purchase either two factory rubber bushings to replace the aft tension rod bushings for most applications. We recommend using rubber bushings for most applications as urethane tends to be too firm for all but the most extreme racing builds.

The listed rate in all sales, unless stated otherwise, is for ground service FedEx or USPS shipments within the Continental United States. Insurance is included in all shipment quotes. Next and 2nd day air shipment quotes are available upon request. For Alaska, HI, U.S. Territories, or other international shipments, please email us for an estimate prior to offerding. Motorsport, or the parts manufacturer, will not back warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, abuse, neglect, accidents, or competition use. Warranty claims apply to the parts only, and do not cover labor, installation, towing, shipment, or other incidental charges. Returns are a part of doing business. Please follow these steps if you are dissatisfied with anything about your items.

1. CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM. We cannot fix a problem we do not know about, and will work hard to earn your positive response.

2. All new items returned must be in unused condition, and in the original packages.

3. We cannot accept returns on electrical or emission control parts, books, manuals, tools, and certain competition items.

4. You will be issued a return authorization (R.A.) number. This number allows us to track and process your return quickly and efficiently. Write the R.A. number on the outside of your return package, include a copy of your original invoice, and return the package within 7 days of the receipt of your R.A. number. We will not accept any returns without an R.A. number, or any returns after 14 days.

5. Carefully package and insure all items for their full value. Lost or damaged parts cannot be exchanged or refunded.

6. Return packages must be sent prepaid directly to our address. We do not accept packages returned to us by Greyhound or other shippers that require us to make terminal will calls. Any return sent C.O.D. will be rerouted back to you by your freight company.

7. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment used for the original purchase, and may be settled with store credit.

8. Parts returned on a non-exchange basis may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
