WARRANTY
One-Year Manufacturers Warranty on All Products. For any warranty claims, please send Message -providing proof of purchase and a brief explanation of defect. We will then send warranty procedure and details.
We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Do not return any items without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) please notify our Sales Team by Message.
If not completely satisfied with product(s), please return unused items and original packaging within 14 days for a refund (Less Shipping & Handling and 20% restocking fee).
Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
- Are in their original packaging
- Have original manufacturer information
- Are not used, installed, or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
- Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
The following orders are not returnable:
- Custom or special orders
- Installed/altered items
- Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Coils, blowers, relays, etc)
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued as per warehouse return policy.
REFUND
We will issue a full refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. Refund is issued (Less Shipping & Handling) after returned items are inspected and processed.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please Message or call us at1-917-539-3636within 24 hours of receipt of your product to begin the returns process.
