All we ask is that you return your purchase as you received it, in brand new condition and unused, and we will replace it once the item is received and inspected. If you require an urgent replacement, we can send you its replacement at once by Invoicing for the value of the replacement plus shipping and refund you the original amount once the assigned RMA is returned, inspected and confirmed. While some companies will repair defective parts, our policy is to replace any part you purchased from us and is confirmed to be defective within the warranty period. However returning a new or non defective part with a Warranty Claim number within 15 days of original purchase will be processed as a return and is subject to a restocking fee. How does it work..? First; we strongly ask you understand our warranty before you confirm an order.
Standard Warranty:If you feel you have a defective part, call us for a Warranty Claim Number Authorization; return the approved part for replacement upon inspection and approval of defect.
Expedited Warranty:If you need the part as soon as possible simply follow the same steps as our standard warranty and allows us to send you a replacement part immediately, with standard shipping paid by us, with your authorization of us charging you a deposit for the value of the replacement part only. This deposit would then be refunded once we receive the returned item and it is inspected and confirmed to be defective.
