Today’s clip takes us on a thrill ride that includes a visit to GAD Motors for a tour of their excellent facility and finally behind the wheel of a 950hp Mercedes-Benz AMG GLC SUV that is bound to impress the heck out of you.
GAD Motors specializes in Mercedes-Benz high-performance and it was on display in this video. How about a custom camo 6X6? These monsters are a $1/2-million in stock trim and this one is headed for big things. Already heavily customized on the inside with a killer suspension, the owner wants to be able to incinerate all 6-tires at will. That’s gonna cost him some serious dough.
Inside, these guys are prepping for RACE1000. There are several inane looking coupes that will only capture your attention when the throttle is cracked open. They sound amazing! The first is a C63 that has been transformed into a beast of a street sleeper. The thing looks like a German taxi and makes 1,400hp. GAD is looking for 186 mph from this car that can blast from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.4-seconds. The second is a SLS with a custom twin turbo package. This beauty is also expected to hit 186 mph (or better) and makes 1,200hp from a 6.3-liter V8.
Finally, the coup de grace. Climb inside the 950hp GLC and take off for a spin on the streets. The throaty roar of this turbocharged 4.4-liter engine is matched perfectly by the car’s extraordinary handling and braking characteristics. What a vehicle!
