Thank you for your interest in purchasing Tire Pressure Monitor System Sensors from us! Please read the following carefully to ensure proper testing and installation of your TPMS sensors.
- RESPONSIBILITY: It is first and foremost your responsibility to purchase sensors that are compatible with your make/model/year of vehicle. If these sensors aren't for your model or for your year, then they WON'T work. It is your installer's responsibility to perform their due diligence in ensuring these sensors are compatible with your vehicle PRIOR to installation. Once installed, if they aren't syncing properly, they'll need to be removed. Make sure your installer understands that if the TPMS don't sync up, you're not paying for their installation/removal.
- BEFORE INSTALLATION: Ensure you are able to scan the codes from all sensors purchased (specific to your make, mode and year of vehicle) prior to installation. If the scanner is not scanning codes from all sensors successfully, please contact us.
- KNOW YOUR RELEARN: Different vehicles have different TPMS relearn procedures. Some, you just drive. Others, you just need to clear the code. Others may require a crazy 20-step process, and some require you to use an OBDII interface and trigger a relearn or reverse-program your TPMS. Please consult your vehicle manual for TPMS relearn procedures, as we do not have these available for all models.

Payments:
Payments must be made immediately on Buy It Now listings, and as soon as possible for Auctions. We reserves the right to cancel any listing which is not paid within a reasonable time.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note that you are responsible for all taxes, duties and related fees. If an item is returned due to non payment of taxes, duties or fees, it will be treated as a return and shipping costs will be deducted from the return.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return request, please send us a message and we'll provide a pre-paid shipping label.
To better service our customers and offer a more user friendly approach to the returns process, we offer "Free Returns" whereas the returning customer is not required to spend any additional money up front when returning the product.
Please note however this is not intended to mean that you can buy and return something scott free of any cost to you, leaving the seller with all of the costs. Initial and return shipping costs will be deducted from most returns at the discretion of the seller.
