Freight Items
We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states. For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck(i.e. engines, transmission, differentials etc.), the delivery site must be a commercially zoned address capable of unloading a freight truck. You may request residential delivery but a lift gate fee for that delivery ia an additional $50.00. This is not included in the standard shipping price.
Commercial address
A commercially zoned area able to unload a freight item from a freight truck. Example would be the shop that's doing the work for you. A shop operating at a residence of farm is not considered commercial unless it's licensed and operating in a commercially zoned area. This location must have a loading dock or fork lift to take delivery. We will not cover multiple delivery fees and lift gate fees if the location is unable to unload the truck. If you need a lift gate please contact us before hand; lift gate service is provided at an additional cost.
Part Inspection
Sanborn auto inc is not responsible for any damage done in shipping. Any damage done must be noted and signed for by the delivery driver on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. All damage claims must go through the shipping company. If it is not on the B.O.L. we will not be able to refund your purchase or shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.
