If additional shipping charges are incurred by hubcaps.wheels as a result of an error you make with your address, we\'ll need to pass that exact cost on to you. Because UPS will not deliver to a PO Box, in some cases, we may ask you to provide a physical address. If merchandise is not received within 14 business days, please notify us in case the package was lost in transit. Any orders refused at time of delivery will be refunded less the shipping charges incurred to your address and the shipping charges incurred back to our facility.
