Freight ShippingWe ship from a network of warehouses using LTL freight carriers, please allow up to 72 hours to arrange pick up. All of our sheet metal parts are packaged upright and strapped to a pallet skid. All sheet metal parts must be signed for and inspected upon delivery and release the driver from damages. If the part is damaged, please refuse delivery and note it on the Bill of Lading. If the part is not refused, you are acknowledging that it was delivered in promised condition.When removing the sheet metal parts from the skid please keep in mind they are heavy and if dropped the corners can bend. So please inspect and handle properly.
Can I pick up my purchase?Our depots are only warehouses and do not have any sales floor for walk-in customers.
Most of our products must be shipped via UPS. UPS deliveries require a standard street address, UPS will not deliver to PO boxes. Freight items can take several days to arrange pickup and delivery, we must have a valid phone number for the trucking companies to schedule delivery.
Is this item in stock? When will my purchase be shipped? How long does shipping take?Items posted on eBay will be in stock. We manage inventory and auctions carefully. Most (95%) items will ship the same day or the following business day. UPS Domestic Ground shipping normally takes 2-6 business days. Do you offer faster shipping?No, it can be VERY expensive and most of our deliveries arrive in just a few business days.
Why am I being charged sales tax?We are a division of a large corporation with locations in many states. We are required by law to collect applicable taxes in any state where we have a location. The advantage to this is you are buying from a large, reputable company that can provide faster shipping than a single location retail store. If you are a car dealer or automotive shop/store, please contact us to get the appropriate tax files to avoid sales tax.
I\'ve received my item, but it was damaged in shipping. What do I do?DO NOT INSTALL ANY DAMAGED ITEMS! Contact us immediately so we can file a damage claim with UPS and arrange for a replacement to be shipped. UPS will deny any damage claim if the item has been installed. You will be stuck with the damaged item, if it is installed and it cannot be returned.
There was a mistake in shipping, I received the wrong item. What do I do?We work hard to keep mistakes to a minimum but they can happen. If you receive the wrong item, please contact our returns department to arrange a replacement. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect item. DO NOT INSTALL! We are not able to take back used items even if we made the error in shipping the wrong part.
Do you ship to international destinations?Chrome Factory Outlet cannot ship to international destinations directly. All International shipments are handled by eBay\'s global shipping program. Any additional duties and fees are quoted by eBay and not Chrome Factory Outlet. International shipments should receive two different tracking numbers, one from us to eBay\'s shipping location; then one from eBay to complete the shipment to you.
