Factory Match Guarantee At The Seat Shop all of our covers are guaranteed to match the original color pallete of the vehicle’s OEM interior. NOTE!! Please watch our cleaning video and follow those instructions in order to ensure a good color match. Leather acquires a shine or sheen to it over time due to human oils, dirt, etc. Leather naturally has a “flat matte” finish. If you do not clean your OEM seats, they will not match a brand new leather cover. After you clean your seats, if you are unhappy with the color match for any reason, please contact us. We will do whatever we can to troubleshoot the problem and come to a resolution. Just know that you are never stuck with a product from our company that you don’t like. You are always welcome to return your cover to us for a refund according to our return policy. Manufacturing Process We manufacture all of our covers in Allen, Texas. Each leather hide is inspected for color accuracy and grain before it is used in the manufacturing of our seat covers. We manufacture all of our covers to the OEM specs. Our leather/vinyl covers have genuine leather on the seating surfaces and vinyl on the side and back skirting, exactly how the OEM covers are made. Due to several different power/air bag options available, we do not pre-cut any holes for these options. These cuts are to be made at the time of installation. Our All Vinyl seat covers have vinyl on the seating surfaces and vinyl on the sides and back skirting. Branded Seat Logos Due to trademark laws, we do not embroider or emboss logos into our seat back covers. If you have a badge that you’d like reattached to your new cover, please reach out to us prior to placing your order, and we can give you a price quote to attach the badge to your new seat cover. Shipping Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship out, since your order may need to go through production. However, if your items are in stock, your order should ship the following business day. We ship everything within the continental United States using FedEx Ground or USPS. Shipping time usually takes 3-4 business days depending on where the package is going. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Dallas, TX. If for any reason your item arrives and has been damaged, please give us a call and give us the opportunity to replace the damaged item/part. Factory Match Leather Seat Covers If there is a problem with the craftsmanship of the cover and it has been less than 1 year from the date of purchase, please contact us. You may be asked to provide us pictures of the defect in order to authorize the replacement. Once we authorize the replacement we will ship you a new cover with pre-paid return shipping labels to have the defective cover returned to us. We are not able to authorize a replacement due to abnormal wear or abuse. Returns We are obsessed with customer service! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us. We will do everything we can to make sure you are taken care of! Within 30 days of purchase: You always have the option to return your item for a full refund, no questions asked. Within 60 days of purchase: You have the option to return your item for a 85% refund. No returns will be accepted after 60 days. If we sent you the incorrect product for any reason, we will also refund your shipping, or ship the correct item for no charge. If you simply do not want your item and would like to send the item back, we will issue you a refund (according to the schedule above) for the amount of the item purchased only.
