The items were as described. Shipping was perhaps calculated to lower the price of the item. Packaging could have used an additional strip of tape as the box arrived with one strip of tape that was ripped and opened half way up the box flaps. Shipping to Hawaii is brutal and packages arrive in poor condition if not well packaged. Internal packaging was very good. A good overall transaction.

    You get what you pay for .

    Upon receipt of the product I found the flange to be an 1/8" off and the mating surfaces to be off as well . The inner ports had a 1/4" of meterial I had to remove in some places.. I had to round out the mounting holes in order for it to line up to bolt it to the head I'd recomend. Spending the extra $40 for a different manufacturer.
