My order was for a 6AN, shipping was slow, got the item it was a 10AN, contacted the seller, they responded quickly, got my 6AN on its way. They never asked for the 10AN to be sent back and shipped me 2 of the 6AN parts without me asking very quickly. Was I a little upset to get the wrong part the first time? Sure but they corrected it quickly and beyond my expectations and really that's what customer service looks like. Would buy from them again.
