I've been an eBay user for 20 years, and dealing with this fraudulent seller was the absolute worst experience I've ever had on the platform. He misrepresented what the item was, claiming "BRAND NEW" in the listing. Two of the wheels I received were so obviously damaged and repainted that there is no way the seller didn't know that these weren't brand new. Conveniently, none of his pictures showed this damage. This seller is the reason I will never buy anything from eBay again.
